US government sources confirm that a group of US lawyers - tightly linked to a circle of corrupt US judges - are accepting fees to help to: Silence and threaten murder of bloggers and internet critics - Get websites blocked from Google around the world - Plant lies on Wikipedia, Associated Press and other media, to slander victims of US corporations or of CIA-US interests.
Dilemma for Obama government - Criminally prosecute these lawyers, and thus risk exposing corruption of high US judges and US government agents? - Or let these US lawyers continue to commit criminal acts across international borders, as they silence and help to murder bloggers and web critics, and block websites around the world from Google, thus risking the anger of EU and other governments?
Previous criminal acts by 'US Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', blocking European websites and threatening to murder bloggers in Europe, now another 'problem' in US - EU relations
A group of US lawyers have proved they are able to virtually 'erase' a victim from Google - and then the victim can be anonymously murdered, with almost nothing but slanders and lies about the victim left visibly showing on a Google search query. - Enabled by corrupt US judges, and the cowardice of other US lawyers who are too afraid to fight such judges - and partly backed by the CIA - the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' are now giving service in the US to wealthy and politically-connected clients, helping them to block websites all around the world.

You might ask: Silence and murder bloggers, and block websites from Google? How is it done? It is actually quite simple.
The key is a unique co-operation of US federal judges from the old bribery culture of deep-South Virginia, to help silence and murder bloggers, and control Google to block websites around the world. Google executives are submissive to this programme, as Google executives wish to have favours from US judges in any potential business lawsuits involving the Google corporation.
And, for their part, US lawyers will co-operate in criminal acts in which US high 'federal' (national) judges are involved, as US lawyers estimate it is unlikely that crimes implicating the US federal judges will ever prosecuted. The root perspective of US lawyers, is that 'legal victory' is when US judges approve of your actions, regardless of how wicked or criminal or murderous.
Thus, any crimes and acts of extortion and murder, which also involve US federal judges, have a built-in 'blanket of immunity', as seen by US lawyers, and this is the basis of US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'.
So US lawyers are ready to take the big fees from wealthy people and corporations, and show their clients "how it is done", to turn Google into a tool to murder innocent people, or destroy any truth about them so their reputation cannot recover.

- Extortion activities, telling bloggers or writers they must pay money to the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', or face being jailed for violating alleged 'court orders', and then possibly murdered in a jail cell, if they do not pay the money.

Personal motives for US Southern judges to help kill bloggers and block internet sites
In the professional legal world of 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', the US Constitution and the US Bill of Rights - the supposed US 'guarantees of freedom' - these documents are regarded by 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' as actually quite dead, and indeed dead for a long time now. For these US lawyers, the old US 'constitutional rights' are just some words with which to play, while 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' do the dirty work of corporations or the US government.

The US state of Virginia is traditionally one of the biggest stink-holes of bribery and corruption inside the United States, and it has been that way ever since the death of the old Southern aristocracy in the 1861-65 internal US war of rebellion. Since the end of slavery, Virginia has been a long-term home for racism and the racist mobs of the Ku Klux Klan, for the lynching murder of minorities, and for general court fraud and bribery to benefit the wealthy and powerful. Virginia has spawned US federal judges such as the infamous 'Judge Robert Payne is my name, Federal bribery is my game', whose eagerness to issue corrupt illegal orders for his 'friends', has made his name part of a laughing jingle among Virginia lawyers.
Rather perfectly for 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', the Virginia judges' willingness to block websites and help murder bloggers and dissidents, extends not only throughout the lower level of judges, but also through to the upper Appeals tier of judges as well. In the US federal 4th Circuit of Virginia, the US high judges have a policy of 'No f*cking appeal' for powerless victims who are 'little f*ckers', as has been quoted in court filings from the aforementioned Judge Robert Payne. - To Virginia lawyers and judges, a blogger is by definition a 'little f*cker' who can be casually destroyed.
On its highest level, the 4th Circuit Appeals panel of judges has been effectively supervised by its most prominent member, Appeals Judge J Harvie Wilkinson III, who is touted as what passes for an 'intellectual' among the US judicial mafia.
Appeals Judge Wilkinson has a very personal reason now for willing to help murder bloggers and ban websites. Wilkinson missed out on the ultimate prize, being appointed to be Chief Justice to the Supreme Court of the United States, due to a blog posting that was widely circulated on the internet, at exactly the time that this Judge Wilkinson was being interviewed by the then US President George W Bush for the Supreme Court vacancy.
Since, due to a journalist blogger, this Judge Wilkinson lost the chance to be on the US Supreme Court, now Judge Wilkinson is reported to be boiling over with personal hatred about issues of 'internet freedom', a freedom which allowed blogging about Wilkinson's own corruption at exactly the key moment in Wilkinson's attempt to climb to the top of the judicial career ladder. Wilkinson will likely now go to his grave, still cursing at the blogger who deprived Wilkinson of the Supreme Court Appointment, and maybe Wilkinson's only chance to be in the history books.
So Wilkinson, with his decisive leading role on the 4th Circuit Appeals panel, is fully ready to help sponsor the blocking of websites around the world, and helping to ban and murder bloggers. Wilkinson now acts as a strong supporter of 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'.
Virginia lawyers indicate that Wilkinson took a personal role in sponsoring his lower judges to hold a Stalin-like in absentia fake 'trial' against the political refugee from the US in Europe, Dr Les (Leslie) Sachs, who had written the blog post that cost Wilkinson the supreme court job. That blog article was called "Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III, His Bribery Cover-Up for 4th Circuit Judges". Appeals Judge Harvie Wilkinson is said to have become personally involved in seeing that Google and the other search engines received orders to block this article about himself, along with blocking most of the other important writings of Dr Les Sachs from the internet. And Wilkinson was happy to join with the CIA and the Bush financier Cornwell to set up the staging of Sachs' murder in Europe, and the global media slander campaign to try to destroy Sachs' reputation. Judge Harvie Wilkinson is said to hate Dr Les Sachs so much that Judge Wilkinson directly wants Sachs 'dead' by any and all means.
Judge Harvie Wilkinson has proven he is eager to smile upon 'court orders' banning blogs and websites, regardless of how technically fraudulent or illegal, or whether they are part of criminal schemes to have a blogger murdered, or whether the 'trial' of the blogger is completely a fraud from day one. - The vulgarly-named policy of 'No f*cking appeal' is also the policy of Wilkinson when it comes to bloggers and web-journalists, and Wilkinson will likely remain in that frame of mind, as Wilkinson continues to torment himself with how one widely-circulated blog post ruined his climb up the greasy pole of the US judiciary.
US federal judges who take bribes or engage in criminal acts, such as the Virginia judges working with 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', have no difficulty in making sure that the US corporate media will not expose their crimes, and that no US lawyer acts or speaks against them.
With regard to intimidating the US corporate media, the US judges can quickly arrange for devastating lawsuits to suddenly proceed and go forward, which would destroy any media company that would attempt to organise action against the judges' bribery and corruption. All large US media companies need favours from the judges to be protected in lawsuits, and so all US media companies submit to silence about judges' corruption, unless those crimes are by small-time rogue judges who are already being prosecuted by the government itself.
But no US major media company is daring to confront the high-level judicial mafia, such as the federal judges of Virginia.
With regard to intimidating US lawyers, the US judges themselves control membership in the 'Bar', the US lawyers' guilds, and thus, US judges who are taking bribes or threatening to kill people, can instantly destroy any lawyer who dares to speak against them by disbarment (terminating their right to practice law). The US judges have often used this power to destroy an activist lawyer, even instantly jailing such lawyers on whimsical 'contempt of court' charges because the lawyer dared to speak about judicial corruption. - The lawyer who is disbarred or jailed in such ways, of course, cannot get the media to cover his case, and the ex-lawyer then sinks into obscurity as well as poverty, unable to even make a professional living, or to get public exposure of the truth of his case.
The intimidation of US lawyers extends generally to US 'civil rights groups' and 'freedom organisations', which are also afraid of directly confronting issues of bribery and corruption of judges. Part of this fear is that of direct revenge by the judges, who can not only order the disbarment of organisation lawyers, but who also can allow lawsuits to proceed which destroy these organisations.
And the other part of organisation fear is corporate donors - Almost any NGO (non-governmental organisation) with money, is getting that money from either corporations, or other foundations with corporate backing, and corporate or foundation donors will cut off the money flow of any group that opposes judicial corruption, as this interferes with the favours that the companies want to obtain from the judges.
Even the specialty 'internet freedom' groups, are frightened to death of both US judges and of media smear campaigns, so the US 'internet freedom' groups do not want to say anything about 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', despite having the documentation of their crimes.
It is thus an extremely powerful and pervasive, and quite closed system of corruption, that nourishes the US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'.
Under the leadership of this 4th Circuit Judge J Harvie Wilkinson III, the US federal judges in the Virginia bribery culture, agree to provide 'Lawyers Who Will Help Kill Bloggers' with the following tools:
- instant banning of freedom of speech and freedom of the press of victims, with full readiness to rapidly jail writers and, if necessary, arrange for 'suicides' of the writers in Virginia jail cells
- comprehensive quick banning of blogs and websites
- worldwide control of Google and Yahoo etc. via illegal 'court orders', so that any victim can be 'erased' from the internet, and murdered if so desired
- completely one-sided fake 'trials' of victims overseas, no address of victim needed, to block websites around the world
- comprehensive intimidation of other US lawyers, via general rumour or specific warning in mafia-style extortion phone calls, that they will be instantly dis-barred (Iose their right to practice law), be jailed on trumped-up 'contempt of court' charges or worse, if they dare to make any court filings or public statements exposing the crimes of 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers';
- sponsoring criminal extortion, whereby bloggers and writers are told they must pay extortion money to the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', or else face being jailed, or worse;
- simultaneous planting of false material on Wikipedia and via other corrupted corporate media, including a local Associated Press office in Virginia, which all can then become 'sources' for more dishonest Wikipedia and other articles:
The media slandering is a major and indeed central tool of 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'. - As the victim's freedom of speech is banned and his websites are shut down, local, national and international media organised by these lawyers, will quickly supply various false stories about the victim, describing the target as mentally disturbed or a criminal. These false media articles may barely mention what kind of content is being banned, or tell outright lies about the banned content. These articles will do so in a way to make the issues sound trivial or inconsequential, with the victim slandered so as to appear as unappealing or as un-interesting as possible.
The 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have found it is very easy to bribe or plant false stories with the Associated Press (AP), with CNN, and with other news media, at the exact same time the victim is threatened with jail by the Virginia judges if the victim dares to say a word in reply to the false stories.
The banning of the victim's freedom to speak gives an ideal tool for 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' to threaten to torture and kill the victim, with the victim to suffer instant jailing if he dares to speak about the threats.
Planting lies on Wikipedia
One of the most spectacularly successful tools of 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', is the planting of false material on Wikipedia.
The power of planting of false material on Wikipedia to smear and slander victims, cannot be underestimated. As US lawyers quietly agree among themselves, Wikipedia is the most powerful corporate mafia tool for slandering helpless victims, that has ever been invented. It is a matter of great zeal and commitment for corporate criminals - and for government intelligence agencies - to control Wikipedia content. Lies on Wikipedia can be used to devastate and utterly destroy almost any person who is not already famous. It is quite a favoured tool of 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'.
Wikipedia administrators will co-operate quickly and fully to help ban bloggers and even will assist to murder them, blocking anyone from putting the truth on a Wikipedia page. Wikipedia eagerly makes use of 'sources' from corporate media and 'court orders' to justify its conduct to slander and help murder an innocent target. The Wiki-trolls will quickly gang up to trash any Wikipedia critic, and send hate-mail to the victim they are helping to slander and murder.
The 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have proven it is very easy to 'game' Wikipedia. You simply plant false articles with media companies, and bribe university professors to write dishonest articles, and these planted and bribed articles then become official-sounding 'Wikipedia sources' - Next, you hire a group of computer techs in various locations to pose as 'Wikipedia users', publishing the lies which appear backed by the planted 'sources', and these computer techs continually monitor the favoured Wikipedia pages which they want to manipulate, constantly controlling the page to re-assert the lies about the victim who is targeted for murder, and using Wikipedia-supplied tools to block the victims from correcting the false information.
Overall, Wikipedia's basic perspective is to affiliate with the US government and big US media companies, and Wikipedia has clear self-interest in seeing that any victims who criticise Wikipedia are banned and murdered. So Wikipedia aggressively joins the programme of 'US Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', even sending official Wikipedia hate-mail to victims, tormenting the victim with how they are working to help destroy the target.
And once the media slandering on Wikipedia and the corporate media has gotten underway, it takes on a life of its own, as millions of people claim they have 'researched' something just because they read whatever lies are presented on Wikipedia, or in some CNN or Associated Press 'news article'. - These falsehoods are then multiplied with immense leverage, as other media and bloggers and law professors begin their comments with, "According to Wikipedia ..." or "According to the Associated Press ..."
So, from an internal USA point of view, the US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have all the angles covered. Above all, they have a group of bribe-taking US federal judges in their pocket. Even though these judges might be localised in the deep-South state of Virginia, owning even a few US federal judges is sufficient to terrify or suborn everyone else in the US system.
Beyond the judges, the US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have the false media articles planted on Wikipedia and with the Associated Press and CNN, bribe-taking university professors, and so on. Moreover, the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have other US lawyers and organisations comprehensively intimidated. - All the 'civil rights groups' and 'internet freedom groups' who have any significant funding, are too afraid of revenge by the US judges and the media companies, so no one in the US will dare to confront the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'. - A blogger who wishes to write about US judicial and legal corruption, in practice cannot find any lawyer or organisation to defend himself or herself.
Problem for President Obama and US Diplomats - the US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'
Yet another problem for Barack Obama's government and the soiled US image - 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have committed crimes in Europe with US government agents - Is it more risky to continue a cover-up, and face the US government being criminally convicted in European courts? - Or is it more risky for the US to itself expose the criminal acts of not only the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', but also their partners among the US federal judges and US government agents?
As said above, from an internal USA point of view, the US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have all the angles covered. They have the judges, the media companies, Google and Wikipedia, all controlled and in their pocket, and they have other significant actors comprehensively intimidated, including most other US lawyers and organisations. Thus US bloggers are themselves intimidated from talking about such topics involving corrupt judges and lawyers, because no lawyer in the US is willing to defend such a blogger.
But, coming out of the Bush administration era, when Americans - and American lawyers - felt they were able to control the whole world, the US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have committed significant criminal acts internationally, most significantly in Europe.
As noted above, there is a historic legal case brewing in Belgium, regarding the US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', joining with corrupt US judges and CIA agents, all joining in the project to murder a US dissident and political refugee in Belgium. In this attack to murder a blogger and web-journalist in Belgium, via blocking the victim's websites from Google and from the search engines, the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' did not restrict their activities to US territory. Indeed, the corrupt US Virginia federal judges themselves joined the 'action', the judges themselves sending harassing e-mails to Belgium, taunting the victim with how they were blocking his websites from Google to help kill him.
Along with the lawyers in the USA, lawyers in Belgium (some of them working for US law firms, like the CIA-tied lawyers at WilmerHale) were also used by the CIA and 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' as part of their criminal activity. The CIA agents and US lawyers intimidated and bribed Belgian lawyers into abandoning the victim to be murdered.
The victim journalist, Dr Les (Leslie) Sachs would likely be dead already, if it were not for the protective actions taken by the royal house of the King of the Belgians, the Belgian police and others who have shown some courage in opposing the criminal and terrorist actions of the US government. Now the Obama government has received an EU request to begin criminal prosecutions of these 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers', including specific individuals listed below, regarding their criminal and terrorist actions to murder an EU citizen in Belgium, and to illegally block his websites from Google in violation of international laws and international treaty protocols.
Obama's new Attorney General, Eric H Holder Jr, is considering this request to criminally prosecute the 'Lawyers Who Will Help Kill Bloggers'. But the difficulty for Eric Holder and for President Obama, is that the prosecution of these corrupt lawyers, also involves exposing crimes of US federal judges and US agents of the FBI and CIA, who have participated in the criminal and terrorist acts committed in Europe against the political refugee Sachs.
It is considered a matter of US 'national interest' to cover up for the criminal acts of high US federal judges, because prosecuting these crimes helps the world to realise that the US has a corrupt legal system that cannot be trusted.
On the other hand, if Holder refuses to act, he faces the prospect that the US government and its judges will be criminally charged and convicted in European courts for conducting acts of terrorism on European soil.
US Attorney General Eric Holder, is stymied as well by how completely the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' have been able to intimidate organisations inside of America. What would make Eric Holder's life much easier, is if some US organisation were to openly call for the criminal prosecution of the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'. - However, for the reasons described above - how the judges might disbar lawyers and destroy organisations in their courtrooms, how the US media will conduct smear campaigns against critics of the judges - Thus, no organisation in the US, is as of yet brave enough to say a public word against the US 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'.
Within the US Department of Justice, there is a small 'old guard' of people who would very much like to put behind bars all of these 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'. To this dwindling 'old guard' of government employees who still believe in the US Constitution, these 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers' are not only criminal gangsters, but traitors to the American people. - However, this group within the Department of Justice is small, and there is no major outside organisation willing to support such old-fashioned 'patriots'.
So, for now, Attorney General Eric Holder is merely evaluating the situation, encouraged to do nothing by the fact that no corporate media outlet is pressing him about the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'.
It may be indeed that criminal charges need to be filed in Belgium against the US government, before Eric Holder begins the criminal prosecution of the 'Lawyers Who Help Kill Bloggers'.
